If you're doing better than yesterday, then you're improving. You rock!
Ever have days when you fall off the wagon? Eat too much? Don't exercise AT ALL? Feel cruddy about yourself?
These are actually just fine, so long as you do one thing: Forget about it!
Seriously, we all have "those days". The easy fix is to do a little better each day. If today you're eating a little better, doing just a little more exercise than yesterday and improving your health in some small way, then you need to celebrate! YOU ROCK!
We very rarely have days when we make all the right decisions and do everything we think we'd like to do. So, give up that idea and make small improvements every day. They add up.
So, remember: If you're doing better than yesterday, then you're improving. You rock!
