Ever have a late night yoga class or piano recital? The Sugar Busters diet suggests that you don't eat after 8pm (or 2 hours before bedtime, anyway).
I can't tell you how often I keep an eye on the clock in the evening thinking "I'd better hurry up and get some dinner, because 8 o'clock is just around the corner and after 8, I can't eat!"
Then I realized: If my life is so busy that I can't squeeze dinner in before 8pm, then I'm probably doing something that's burning at least a few calories and I'm not taking in any new calories. That equals negative calories and negative calories lead to weight loss! BONUS!
This one requires a disclaimer: Too many folks have eating disorders. I'm not advocating skipping meals as a regular practice. However; most of us could live the rest of our lives without ever eating an evening meal and stay perfectly healthy. So, for me, missing a meal now and then works to help lose weight.
So, if it's getting late and night and you've been too busy to eat and if you miss a meal: bonus!
